水飛薊

研究概述

• 支持肝臟，尤其是在受損後
  水飛薊可增加肝細胞中蛋白質的合成速率，並促進受損細胞的修復。^{[3] [4]} 1989年的一項研究檢查了乳薊與安慰劑相比，對170位肝硬化患者的生存率的影響。肝硬化是一種常見的肝臟疾病，疤痕組織會阻止肝臟自我修復。 結論是補充水飛薊可顯著提高存活率，尤其是對於酒精性肝病的患者。^[5]   水飛薊亦可降低肝细胞癌（肝癌的常見類型）的生長速度。 但是，人們還必須避免飲酒。一項研究表明，飲酒可以逆轉此下降。^[6]   一些化學療法藥物會引起損害肝臟的副作用。2015年的一項研究測試了服用水飛薊的人與服用安慰劑的人相比，有害的肝損害酶水平。那些補充水飛薊的人具有較低水平的肝損害酶。^[7]   此外，2008年對19項雙盲和單盲臨床研究的薈萃分析，測試了水飛薊對肝臟疾病的影響，發現與服用安慰劑的人相比，服用水飛薊的人的死亡率和肝衰竭率更低。但是，對於酒精性肝病，結果好壞參半，對病毒性肝炎引起的肝病亦沒有任何影響。 ^[8]   研究評分： 可靠
